We work very hard to make sure Kat’s Sacks are made to the highest quality our untrained hands can accomplish. But in case we didn’t do so well please let us know and we will be happy to exchange for the same or comparable item. Refunds will be made on a case by case basis. (Excludes Scrap Sacks & Clearance)

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
